Frank Pompa brings a unique and creative experience to the real estate industry with over 15+ years of serving the local area. Frank originally started his career in the mortgage industry and then made the decision to transition into being a real estate agent. Frank has an extensive background in construction from a variety of different trades which allows his knowledge to be a valuable asset to his clients when listing or buying their dream home.
His creative strategies, strong negotiation skills, and the understanding the structure of the home puts him in the top 5% of top agents in the nation.
With Franks experience working in the construction and mortgages industries, it was a natural fit to help educated his clients throughout the home buying and selling process. He takes tremendous pride in coaching his clients through life-changing buying and selling experience.

This allows him to take a deep dive into his clients goals, aspirations, and help uncover his clients dreams of home ownership. He is an expert at learning about new listings that are coming to the market and believes the home search process can and should be an enjoyable experience.
